The prestigious lecture was given, under the thought-provoking and compelling topic of How Does Net Zero Carbon Emission Affect The Marine Industry - a subject of paramount importance in the light of the global urgency that exists in the area of climate change, a transition to sustainable energy, and the role played by key players in the maritime and the energy industries.
The meeting of so many prominent dignitaries and industry leaders underlined the importance of the occasion and determination by the marine and energy industries to have a meaningful conversation on environmental stewardship, decarbonisation policies and long term sustainability of marine operations in line with national and international net zero carbon emission policies.
